History

In the year 2000, operating under the name 3DPixel Designing your Ideas wasestablished in the city of Curitiba, PR, in 2022. The necessity to refresh the brand emerged, leading to the creation of Chimera Studio, which specializes in the development of imagery for corporate and residential environments, landscaping, interiors, photorealistic visuals, high-quality videos, and virtual immersion.

The name Chimera STD represents more than a brand; it encapsulates the essence of our innovative and visionary approach to developing visualizations of various types of projections.

Mythology: In ancient Greece, the Chimera was described as a creature composed of parts from different animals: a lion’s head, a goat’s body, and a serpent’s tail. It symbolizes something fantastic and seemingly impossible.

Biology: The term refers to an organism containing cells from different genetic sources, resulting in a being with multiple sets of DNA. It can occur naturally or be created in a laboratory.

Culture: It represents a dream, illusion, or fantasy: something deeply desired but difficult or impossible to achieve.

Team

Our strength derives from the collaboration between Marcos Nunes and Ataulfo Fabrício Oliveira consolidating concepts regarding the future of project visualization and subsequently establishing 3DPixel in 2000, which later evolved into the present Chimera STD.

Marcos - commenced his career in architectural visualization in 1991, utilizing 2D software to craft images while consistently pursuing advancements in the field. His proficiency and enthusiasm for visualization culminate in projects that surpass expectations regarding detail and fidelity.

Ataulfo - He commenced his career in construction in 1995, utilizing India ink techniques to embark on his professional journey, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary projects. Presently, he leverages his technical expertise to produce images that render projects both tangible and evocative.

Over the years, we have diversified our team through various means, uniting skilled professionals via collaborations that enable us to manage a broad spectrum of projects while upholding our dedication to excellence and innovation.
